Automatic Ring and Ball Tester QualiARBT-I is an advanced, microprocessor-controlled tester designed to determine the softening point of bitumen using water or glycerol as the heating fluid. The test relies on two precisely positioned light sensors and a PT100 sensor placed at the center to measure temperature.
A magnetic stirrer with adjustable speed ensures uniform heating throughout the vessel. The electronic system strictly maintains the required temperature gradient, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This tester measures the temperature at which asphalt softens and drops 25mm under controlled heating conditions. It features computer-controlled temperature adjustment, real-time data monitoring, storage, and processing.
