The QualiHarness M2000 is built for personal fall protection anchor device load testing, making sure safety harness eye bolts are properly installed and regularly checked against BS EN 795 and BS 7883:2019. The kit includes an M12 ringbolt adaptor clevis for pull testing standard eye bolts and ring bolt fixings, up to a maximum tensile load of 25kN (5620lbf).
Its three-legged load spreading bridge isolates reaction loads from the fixing, which keeps test results consistent and accurate. Trusted by industry leaders in personal fall protection, it's simple to use and easy to transport - a genuinely useful tool for fall protection safety work.
Load Spreading Bridge & Handling
The 2020 load spreading bridge has height-adjustable legs with a four-position pin arrangement and swivel feet, giving 15mm of fine adjustment. It arrives preassembled with a turning handle featuring a 22mm (7/8") integrated nut - handy in confined spaces - and offers up to 50mm of stroke for flexibility.
Calibration and Protection
The kit ships in a robust, protective carry case with full operating instructions, plus a gauge calibration certificate valid for 12 months.
