The QualiPAT is a portable, hydraulic pull-off adhesion tester built to measure coating bond strength with lab-grade accuracy. By applying precise hydraulic pressure over a defined surface area, it tells you exactly how well a coating is holding onto its substrate - concrete, steel, or wood.
Built for field use and compliant with ASTM D4541 and ISO 4624, the QualiPAT combines a digital display, internal data logging, and a self-aligning design that keeps pulling force uniform - avoiding the "peeling" errors that manual mechanical testers are prone to.
Industrial Applications
Use the 50mm dolly to check adhesion on floor sealers, overlays, and repairs on concrete surfaces.
