Asphalt Centrifuge Extractor QualiACE-T164 is designed to measure the bitumen content in bituminous mixtures. Features a removable, precision-machined rotor bowl enclosed in a cylindrical aluminum casing. The rotating unit is supported by four calibrated springs, ensuring stability throughout the test. Built with a durable cast aluminum casing and aluminum bowl assembly, it ensures long-lasting performance and stability during testing. The explosion-proof design enhances safety, while the bowl speed of up to 0 3,600 rpm facilitates quick and precise separation. Its user-friendly features, including easy pouring for solvents and a leak-resistant solvent-resistant gasket, streamline the testing process. The precisely crafted cover is equipped with a solvent-resistant gasket to prevent leaks. For emergency situations, all models include a manual brake system. The control panel is user-friendly, featuring a Start/Stop button and a speed control knob.
