QualiARBT™ II Automatic Ring and Ball Tester is designed to determine the softening point of road asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, liquid petroleum pitch, coal tar distillation residue, emulsified pitch residue, pavement markings, and various resin-based materials. It's a reliable solution for asphalt producers, highway and bridge contractors, academic institutions, and research organisations.
Features:
The system supports water bath testing from 5°C ~ 90°C and glycerol testing from 35°C ~ 160°C.
It features microcomputer control with automatic stirring, linear heating, and a consistent heating rate of 5°C per minute, meeting standard requirements.
A laser sensor precisely detects the softening point when asphalt reaches 25.4 mm. Once the test is complete, the results are automatically displayed and printed.
The system records the heating rate in real time, with a query function to review minute-by-minute data.
Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and a multi-language interface (English and other), it ensures user-friendly operation.
The high-temperature-resistant glass beaker and standard-compliant steel ball and positioning ring ensure accurate testing.
Its compact desktop design separates the control and heating systems (left and right), protecting electronic components from heat-related damage.
