The UCI-1100H is a portable ultrasonic durometer/hardness tester with its own manual probe. It uses the ultrasonic contact impedance method, making on-the-spot hardness testing quick and convenient.
As a non-destructive testing (NDT) hardness tester, it's well suited to evaluating finished products like molds, gears, shafts, rods, screws, and rails - the contact indentation it leaves is too small to see, so assessments stay precise.
It's built to international standards, including ASTM A1038-2005 and DIN 50159-1-2008.
