This is the largest oven in the range, built for moisture determination, drying, and conditioning at volume, running from ambient temperature up to 200°C. It shares the same forced convection design as the smaller models - rear-mounted fan, stainless steel chamber, PID-controlled digital thermostat, and a separate overheat thermostat with pilot light - just scaled up, with 2 adjustable shelves across 7 available shelf spaces. Meets AS 1289 and AS 1141.
